Description
The Quality Outcomes Coordinator will assist the organization to achieve top tier quality outcomes by proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with improvement teams to assess systems and processes, develop and execute action plans, use data to drive change, and evaluate effectiveness of interventions. Facilitate teams, educate hospital staff, analyze and prepare data for dissemination throughout the organization, act as a catalyst for the development of state of the art, innovative solutions and be an expert to facilitate organizational change. Ensure all solutions adhere to best practice standards and comply with health care regulations. Will be an expert in and mentor staff on improvement science techniques. Ideal candidates will possess preferred trauma quality improvement experience,preferred ACS trauma verification experience, preferred Formal Quality Improvement Training (LEAN, Six Sigma, CPHQ). As well a preferred experience in Trauma Activations and Trauma Care. Qualifications
