Job Description Job Title: Retirement Plan Design Specialist Locations: Braintree, MA, | Kansas City, MO | Dublin, OH-~ Hybrid About the Role The Retirement Plan Design Team provides document and regulatory services for Retirement Solutions. The Retirement Plan Design Specialists focus on providing consultative services for qualified retirement plans, including but not limited to pre-sale support, post-sale support, document design, amendments, restatements, and regulatory changes. The Retirement Plan Design Specialists utilize their ERISA knowledge and experience to design plans and educate plan sponsors to help meet company's goals and objectives. The Retirement Plan Design Specialists work closely with associates in Account Management, Implementation, Conversions, and Reporting and Testing. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
