HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities): The People and Culture Intern supports the Employee Experience team in delivering a consistent, engaging and values-driven experience across the full teammate lifecycle. This role gains hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, engagement and people operations. The Intern plays a meaningful role in keeping systems organized, supporting recruiting and onboarding activities and assisting with engagement initiatives that help teammates thrive. Through data entry, project support and coordination efforts, this role contributes to operational excellence while living out Our Values. Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands: This role primarily operates in an office environment with occasional time spent in warehouse or distribution settings. Extended periods of computer use, sitting or standing may be required. The position requires focus in an environment with frequent interruptions and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Occasional lifting of materials related to events or onboarding sessions may be required. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is $20 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
