Title Process Improvement Specialist Mid-Level EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer. Description This position provides Process Improvement and Documentation Support to the FAA En Route Communications Gateway (ECG) group. ECG is a mission-critical interface for surveillance and flight data. It provides the portal for the transfer of aircraft flight plan and surveillance data to other En Route systems. Support includes: Maintaining and developing new Technical Instruction (TI) and System Support Modification (SSM) documents for Tech Refresh of the workstations, PDU sequencer, PTRs, Labs, hardware racks, and other components, as needed. Supports the process of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) along with configuration management. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Position Requirements Minimum Requirements/Qualifications Skills, Abilities & Certifications: Knowledge of process improvement including quality control, quality assurance, tracking progress and status of documentation, and ensuring documentation is compliant
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Education Bachelor's degree and 5 years of process improvement experience.
