As a Security Officer - Badge Services in Lagrange, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location where your access control presence helps support smooth operations. You will greet employees, visitors, and drivers, verify credentials, manage badges and entry logs, and monitor key access points and cameras to help identify and reduce security-related concerns. With an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, you will deliver caring customer service, clear communication, and integrity-driven teamwork every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing employee and contractor check-in and/or check-out, and directing traffic to approved areas.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document irregular activity and report concerns through established communication and escalation channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with incident reporting and coordinating with site leadership and/or responding agencies as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and to identify hazards, maintenance issues, and policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
