As a Security Officer - Dispatch Desk in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch officer at a fast-paced aero and defense location, you will support day-to-day security-related operations by monitoring alarms and cameras, routing officers to calls, coordinating radio communications, and documenting incidents with clear, timely reports. You will be a visible, helpful point of contact for employees and visitors, delivering service with integrity while partnering with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Dispatch and coordinate response to alarms, access control alerts, and incident reports, including notifying designated contacts and documenting actions taken.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as required.
• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, and communications systems, maintaining accurate logs, incident reports, and shift turnover briefings.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of work areas, sensitive zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years' security-related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
