We're looking for a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator. Your main role will be to streamline all travel-related operations for our team. You'll be the go-to person for booking flights, hotels, and managing travel budgets. As the Headquarters Support Team (HST) Travel Coordinator, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures in supporting our client. Responding to HST Team Chief and Deputy, you'll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.

What You'll Work On:

  • Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.

  • Work with Booz Allen-approved travel agencies to develop travel itineraries.

  • Work with Exercise Planners to develop hotel and rental car rosters.

  • Ensure cost-effectiveness.

  • Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies.

  • Provide travel voucher assistance as necessary upon completion of travel.

  • Stay informed about any travel advisories or visa requirements.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience planning and coordinating travel

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a Travel Coordinator supporting the DoD

  • Experience using travel software such as Concur

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Ability to utilize a customer-focused approach

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Possession of excellent communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $39,600.00 to $81,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
