Information Technology Manager, Senior

The Opportunity:

Manage all aspects of product engineering activities, including hardware, software, automation, and IT. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience planning, designing, and installing new and existing personal computer systems, workstations, or servers
• Knowledge of best practices and how to incorporate them into all work assignments and procedures
• Knowledge of evaluating and enhancing current practices and efforts to ensure optimal support
• Ability to oversee the leadership of teams and projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Electronics Engineering, or an Engineering field and 8+ years of experience with IT management hardware and software, or 10+ years of experience with IT management hardware and software in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of installing new hardware and software and maintaining existing components
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
