Mission Operations Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

Assist in driving performance across the Indo-Pacific Air Force business, managing the contract portfolio, and driving focused growth campaigns across the lines of business. Design, implement, and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program or project directions and develop and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Integrate mission, operational, analytical, and technical capabilities and apply innovation to design and manage the execution of program or project plans and controls to achieve end-state vision, goals, and objectives. Maintain accountability for the quality and efficiency of programs, including technical issues, delivery, and businesses processes. Communicate and coordinate regularly and proactively with senior government clients and company leadership on potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Air Force Operations, Logistics, Cyber, or Strategic Planning
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans to achieve a desired outcome or vision
  • 3+ years of experience in a Staff Level division, Joint Headquarters, Major Command, or Air Component Headquarters
  • Experience leading $5M+ projects or portfolios to deliver on time and on budget
  • Experience organizing, leading, and mentoring highly productive teams that can align technical solutions with business needs to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges
  • Experience developing a pipeline of business opportunities and driving captures
  • Experience authoring client white papers or leading complex captures and competitive proposals
  • Ability to mentor, develop, and manage a team that can win new business, develop solutions, and lead large-scale, complex captures and proposals
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in the Indo-Pacific supporting DoW organizations
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation or modernization programs for the DoW
  • Experience with working across a consulting matrix environment
  • Ability to demonstrate strong client relationships across U.S. Indo-Pacific AOR
  • Ability to work irregular hours
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
