Job Description

We are currently hiring an IT Project Management Co-op in Boston MA. This is a 6-month co-op, running from July 2026 - December 2026.

The IT Project Management Co-op will support the IT Portfolio & Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring technology projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management processes, tools, and methodologies while contributing to initiatives that drive business value.

What you'll Brew

  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource schedules.
  • Support development of project charters, documentation, and success KPIs.
  • Participate in status meetings, capture action items, and update dashboards.
  • Help track budget vs. actuals and prepare financial summaries.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage deliverables.
  • Contribute to issue tracking, and change management activities.
  • Prepare communication materials for project updates and stakeholder engagement.

What Ingredients You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Workfront) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in IT project management and technology solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly.

Learning Outcomes

  • Exposure to IT project management standards and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with budget tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Understanding of IT PMO processes and organizational change management.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
