Summary of the Job:

The Sr. Director, Enterprise Banking is primarily accountable for developing new business and managing a portfolio of clients. Focus is on highly complex relationships in specialized industries.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities:

Business Development - Primarily responsible for developing new business relationships for Bank's Corporate Banking Team.

Business development accountabilities include:

- Generating new customers by maintaining a disciplined calling plan and utilizing Bank's sales management tools to maximize effectiveness;

- Working with prospective customers to design loan and deposit structures that are specialized in nature;

- Working regularly with various Bank partners and divisions to develop comprehensive financial solutions that effectively help customers achieve financial goals;

- Possess and continue developing specialized business and industry expertise;

- Collaborate with management to enhance corporate strategy and vision that maximizes customer acquisition, satisfaction, growth, and retention.

Effective Relationship Management - Responsible for managing large, complex relationships for Bank.

Relationship management duties include:

- Underwriting and monitoring customer financial performance while adhering to Bank's credit policies;

- Leverage Bank's tools and resources to ensure Bank is demonstrating its value proposition to customers;

- Adhering to Bank policy, laws, regulations, and BSA/AML programs;

- Complete special projects as necessary.

Demonstrate Professionalism, Leadership, and Community Focus - Responsible for behaving and operating in line with Bank's culture

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining professionalism and respect in working relationships;

- Active in meaningful community organizations;

- Promote and participate in a working environment that stresses strong team work.

Knowledge, Skills, Educations, Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking or equivalent;
  • 10+ years of industry experience working directly with corporate banking clients;
  • Strong desire and proven ability to develop new business relationships in corporate banking;
  • Skills to negotiate, structure, and monitor highly complex corporate banking relationships;
  • Vast understating of banking services, tools, and products;
  • Strong relationship management skills;
  • Willingness to work in a team oriented environment;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $158,696.00-$269,783.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
