What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor dispatch and transportation activity as assigned, including tracking arrivals and departures, documenting trailer and/or container moves, and communicating updates to designated contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established notification and reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of docks, yards, staging areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Complete required security-related logs and reports, including incident documentation, access control records, and shift handoff notes, while using radios, phones, and/or computer systems as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
