Functional Safety Engineer III

Daimler Truck North America LLC seeks Functional Safety Engineer III (hybrid position: WFH + office located at 4747 N. Channel Ave., Portland, OR 97217; must live w/in commuting distance of office). Requires up to 20% international travel annually. Position is responsible for development of state of the art safety engineering solutions for E/E vehicle systems; work closely with system and component owners through all phases of the development process to ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated by robust design solutions, among other duties.
