Position Title: Plastics Injection Operator
Wage: $17.50 - $18.00/hour Shift: 2nd or 3rd Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am We are seeking reliable team members to operate plastic injection molding machines in Victor, IA. Responsibilities include pulling and packaging light plastic products, inspecting for defects, correcting mistakes, and labeling finished products for shipment. Apply today! Plastics Injection Operator Responsibilities: - Operate plastic injection presses, load machines, cut materials, and check product quality - Trim excess plastic from parts using a utility knife - Package completed materials into boxes per customer specifications - Label boxes for shipment - Use small hand tools to assemble lids - Perform general housekeeping duties Requirements for Plastics Injection Operator: - Able to stand for 8-12 hours at a time - Able to lift up to 5 lbs up to 10 times/hour and up to 40 lbs up to 2 times/hour - Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (up to 100F in summer) - Able to bend, twist, push or pull throughout shift - Able to work at a fast pace and perform repetitive hand-eye movements with small parts marshalltown@qpsemployment.com IND097 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
