Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Growth Analyst to support activities across our Growth team. This position will interface with all levels of employees and management while supporting multi-disciplinary teams in the creation of technical, management and past performance volumes for White Papers, Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs). Additionally, this role will support capture activities while proposals and RFIs are not active. They will work closely with Contracts and Pricing teams to ensure that proposals meet the requirements of the solicitation and are submitted on time. Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Proposal Team to support building proposal solution content using in-house tooling, including formatting, editing, and proofreading proposal sections.
*Work with Mission Delivery team to understand customer environment, requirements and future end state visions.
* Support all aspects of proposal development; including building templates and supporting recovery of documents to ensure proposal submissions are compliant with government solicitation documents.
* Leverage proposal techniques to support the progress of proposal sections through proposal color team reviews.
* Assist in the development of proposal graphics and visuals, including charts, graphs, and diagrams.
* Work with Capture to prepare past performance references and other customer artifacts for upcoming opportunities.
* Support Competitive Intelligence Research and Analysis to synthesize findings in support of competitor blackhats and price-to-win activities.
* Support Market Research and Analysis to synthesize findings in support of customer blackhats and price-to-win activities.
* Support and coordinate Pre-Proposal and Capture activities as needed for Opportunity Owners and Capture.
* Work with Capture to prepare past performance references and other customer artifacts for upcoming opportunities.
* Support Competitive Intelligence Research and Analysis to synthesize findings in support of competitor blackhats and price-to-win activities.
* Support Market Research and Analysis to synthesize findings in support of customer blackhats and price-to-win activities.
* Support and coordinate Pre-Proposal and Capture activities as needed for Opportunity Owners and Capture.

Required Qualifications:
* 3+ client facing experience with the NAVWAR enterprise. Knowledge of the technical and management solutions being used across the organization.
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* Knowledge of proposal development or federal government contract acquisition cycles
* Experience in managing tasks in a fast-paced team environment while incorporating changing priorities.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with executives.
* Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting technical and non-technical documents such as past performance and boilerplate libraries.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Proficiency in market leading AI tools such as Co-Pilot, CHATGPT, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
* APMP Certification
* Comfortability supporting the lifecycle of procurement activities.
* Familiarity with US Navy procurements and vehicles.

Location: San Diego, CA

Schedule: Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite

Salary: 85k+ to align with experience and education
