As the Human Resources Business Services Manager, you will be an important strategic and operational partner to plant leadership, driving the execution of HR programs that support our goals and workforce effectiveness. You will deliver end-to-end HR services at the local level, with an emphasis on the hire-to-retire lifecycle, compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive culture. Reporting directly to the HR Business Group leader, you will play a critical role in talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. You will work a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) from our Allison Park R&D Center.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support hiring and onboarding processes, including job descriptions, interviews, offers, and contingent worker management.
  • Complete regional/international moves and relocation arrangements.
  • Advise on compensation changes, wage ranges, and mandatory increases.
  • Administer local bonus plans and country-specific benefits.
  • Lead HR process improvements and standardization programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage policy updates.
  • Provide coaching and legal advice on employment matters.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, separations, and offboarding.
  • Lead labor relations, union negotiations, and ethics investigations.
  • Support performance management activities including goal setting and calibrations.
  • Contribute to talent reviews, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Facilitate engagement survey results and action planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of HR management experience in a plant or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience with local labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Communication and interpersonal effectiveness
