We are seeking an Operations Analyst who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency and fostering strong vendor-stakeholder relationships. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the smooth functioning of core operations, driving critical system support and facilitating essential communication that underpins key business processes. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing vital system support and managing the critical interface between external vendors and internal stakeholders. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining operational integrity and ensuring effective collaboration across various functions. You will be a key player in optimizing workflows and enhancing the overall operational landscape.

Responsibilities



  • Provide essential system support, ensuring reliability and performance for core operational functions.
  • Manage and optimize the interface between vendors and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Utilize and maintain proficiency with specialized tools, including Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, and Navex to manage operational processes.
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational inquiries and support needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.


Qualifications



  • Proven background in system support, demonstrating an ability to troubleshoot and maintain operational systems.
  • Extensive experience managing the interface between external vendors and internal, customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, and Navex.
  • A Bachelor's degree is not required for this position.
