2 years of work experience General mechanical aptitude Electrical experience up to 48-volt 3 phase HVAC experience a plus It is essential to have good attendance and approach each day with a positive attitude and respect for co-workers. Quality of workmanship is critical as well as safety. All the parts we produce are "critical" items that if our production is substandard, people can be injured or worse. Our maintenance team ensures the proper function and maintenance of all aspects of the facilities and the equipment our team needs to meet our stringent quality goals. This role will be different every day blending periodic maintenance, unexpected challenges, and seasonal events to name a few. The right candidate will bring their skills to the team and be open to improving them and learning new ones. | |
