The Product Manager is responsible for defining the product line strategy, developing roadmap, and product requirements for the assigned product line (s). Acts as the voice of the customer [VoC] to deliver business case, value and growth. In a matrix organization, bridge business strategy, user experience, and technology, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality and marketing. Lead product development from ideation through launch and lifecycle management using the New Product Development tools and stage gate process. To be successful in PM role, the person needs to thrive at the intersection of user needs, business objectives, and cross-functional execution. This individual would need to be inquisitive and be able to work through uncertainty. A successful candidate will form a close partnership with sales, independent representatives and other business teams. This position reports to the Sr. Product Manager. This role is onsite and is based in North Andover, MA. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday). The expected salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
