Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a Industrial Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

What You'll Need:

• GED or high school diploma.
• 5 years of maintenance experience (with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment).
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Mechanical + electrical problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Strength and grit to handle lifting, noise, and long shifts.

Your Workday in Action:

• Confer with management to resolve technical problems.
• Confer with supervisors to coordinate the setup and repairs of equipment. Work closely with Production Managers/Supervisors and other departments to ensure efficient and effective goals are met.
• Work closely with management and maintenance to determine timing for PM work.
• Responsible for all aspects of troubleshooting and repair of a wide range of machines, such as Hydraulic die machines and pneumatic assembly machines. Install, overhaul, repair, wire, and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment and controls related to production equipment, including motors, relays, circuit breakers, machine and process controls and circuits, alarms, and communication systems, and motor brushes and bearings.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair worn defective parts, reassemble machines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
• Enforce and maintain safety devices on machines.
