Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment, loud noise, dust, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist operations staff with equipment preparation, maintenance, and yard organization.
• Clean and power-wash rental equipment to maintain quality and appearance.
• Paint and maintain steel plates, beams, and modular equipment as needed.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare equipment for rental and delivery.
• Perform routine inspections of rental equipment, checking for damage, safety decals, hours used, fuel levels, and overall condition.
• Report equipment issues to management for proper documentation and customer billing.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and assist with equipment check-out and returns.
• Greet customers and answer questions about rental equipment and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard and workspace.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment during basic maintenance tasks.
