Schedule
- Training Schedule (Initial):
Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Shift premium included even during training) - Regular Schedule (After Training):
Sunday - Wednesday | 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Enjoy 3 consecutive days off each week!)

What You'll Do
You'll be the backbone of our operation-keeping equipment running and solving problems before they slow us down.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment at peak performance
- Support new equipment installs and facility improvements
- Maintain the plant, buildings, and grounds
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (lean, safety, etc.)
- Follow all EH&S safety standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED + solid math skills
- Experience with:
- Multi-meters
- Motors, pumps, solenoids, and pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Bonus Skills:
- Lathe/mill experience
- Computer skills
- Fork truck experience
What the Job Requires
- Lift up to 60 lbs and handle heavy materials
- Perform physical work (bending, kneeling, lifting)
- Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Respond to real-time maintenance needs
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts and overtime when needed
