Relocation eligible Position Summary: Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines and equipment. Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications Education: 2 Year Technical/Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing or a related discipline Or equivalent military training / work experience. Experience and/or Training:
Technology/Equipment: Competent with Windows OS interfaces, MS office suite. Physical Requirements: *Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs *Ability to work 12 hours shifts. Will start on E shift M-F, 8 hour days and move to A or C shift in the future. *Ability to work with and around chemicals *Wear complete fab attire for an entire shift and meet all safety and cleanroom requirements *US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience and/or Training: *A strong understanding and working knowledge of the following equipment is also needed: pneumatic/hydraulic pump systems, multi axis servo systems, vision components, chillers & cooling systems. *Semiconductor industry experience *Familiarity with Robotic / Automated handling systems & High vacuum systems * Ideal candidate will have direct experience with one or more of the following types of Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment: Advanced Semiconductor Packaging, Fan Out Wafer Level Packaging, Hybrid Bonding, Photolithography, Wafer Bonding, Wet Etch, Metrology, Electroplate, PVD, CVD, Dry Etch, CMP, Advanced Packaging and Test equipment. The hourly range for this role is $25.85 to 38.77 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
