Primary Objective: We are looking for a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Florida fab. This role is responsive for preventative and corrective maintenance of the fab and building.


Shift: B shift: Sun- Tues and every other Wed 6:00 pm- 6:15 am. This shift has a 10% differential.
OR
D shift: Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6:00 pm- 6:15 am. This shift has a 25% differential.


Major Areas of Accountability:


  • Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, to include critical building support systems such as:

    • Reverse Osmosis, Deionized and Chilled Water Systems.
    • Environmental Control Systems:


  • Makeup Air, Air Handling & Roof Top Units.
  • Hot Water Boilers.
  • Acid Waste Neutralization Systems.
  • Bulk Chemical & Gas Distribution Systems.
  • Exhaust Systems:
  • Fume Scrubbers.
  • General Exhaust Fans.

    • Compressed Dry Air Systems.


  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
  • Assist with Project Planning and Task Execution.
  • Document Facilities Procedures & make Improvements to Procedures as needed.
  • The job also requires performing other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One or more of the following:
  • o AA/AS Degree or greater in Related Field.
  • o 3 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience.
  • o 3 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
  • Highly motivated individual who can achieve positive results in a team atmosphere.
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions.
  • Able to work and solve problems both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications


  • Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
  • 8 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
  • Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following:

    • HVAC
    • Electrical (Industrial-Level)
    • Building Automation
    • Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems
    • Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems
    • AutoCAD Software





Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and move processing equipment, applicable tools, office equipment, and some chemical drums. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts, a minimum of 3-4 days/week.
  • Variety of standing, sitting & data entry.
  • Wear complete fab attire for full shift Meet all safety and cleanroom requirements.
  • Wear proper personal protective equipment, and work with; hazardous chemicals, gasses and hot/cold outdoor environments.



US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
The hourly range for this role is $29.12 - $43.67 per hour. (This role also offers a shift differential of either 10% or 25% depending on shift). Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
