About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and delivery of our groundbreaking Events Agent. This AI assistant is the ultimate companion for our attendees, helping them discover sessions, plan their schedules, and navigate our events like Dreamforce and World Tours. As an early adopter of our own technology, you will play a pivotal role in testing new features and providing vital feedback to our core product teams to help shape the future of the platform.

Our events are the heart of our brand, designed to inspire success and connect our community to the latest innovations. In this role, you will lead the charge in creating seamless, world-class digital experiences for both in-person and virtual attendees. By partnering closely with our marketing teams, you will turn complex event logistics into an effortless, engaging journey that delights our customers and helps our business grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Product Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the Events Agent, ensuring it aligns with our broader marketing and technology goals.

  • Drive AI Innovation: Oversee the development of intelligent features that simplify how attendees discover, register for, and navigate our global events.

  • Act as "Customer Zero": Use our internal events as a testing ground to identify improvements and provide actionable insights to the platform engineering teams.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Engineering leaders to ensure the agent delivers a consistent and high-quality brand experience.

  • Optimize the Attendee Journey: Analyze user behavior and feedback to remove friction points for both in-person and virtual event participants.

  • Manage End-to-End Delivery: Own the product lifecycle from initial concept through deployment, ensuring high performance and reliability during our largest peak-traffic events.

  • Measure Success: Establish key performance indicators to track the agent's impact on attendee satisfaction and business growth.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management, specifically leading the lifecycle of complex, high-traffic digital products from concept to launch.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate high-level business goals into a clear, actionable product roadmap that prioritizes the user experience.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep passion for understanding attendee needs and the ability to turn those insights into intuitive, helpful features.

  • Collaborative Influence: Expertise in building strong relationships across diverse teams, including Marketing, Engineering, and Design, to drive alignment and results.

  • Effective Communication: The ability to explain complex product updates and strategy to stakeholders and executives with clarity and enthusiasm.

  • Analytical Problem Solving: Comfort using data and attendee feedback to identify friction points and continuously improve the product journey.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating CMS platforms with Salesforce or other CRM/enterprise systems.

  • Experience with automated workflows and with Salesforce agentforce platform.

  • Familiarity with content governance, content reuse, and syndication models.

  • Experience supporting global teams and internationalization/localization needs.

  • Background working closely with design systems and front-end frameworks.
