And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Applications will be accepted until 04/27/2026.
Overview of Role: We are at a defining moment in how businesses operate. Slack is no longer just a collaboration tool - it is the Agentic Work OS, the front door to the agentic enterprise where people, data, and AI agents come together in real time. This role sits at the heart of that transformation. As the Slack Business Architect, you will be a central figure in Salesforce's Customer Zero narrative - the living proof point of what's possible when Slack, Agentforce, and Sales Cloud come together. You will lead strategic Slack initiatives across Prospect to Cash domains, driving both near-term wins and long-term innovation that reshapes how our sellers and those supporting sellers work. Collaborating with stakeholders across product, IT, business domains, and change management, you will translate complex sales processes into Slack-first, agentic solutions. Your responsibilities span product assessment, fit-gap analysis, solution design, ideation, and driving release and adoption. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who is passionate about making seller experiences productive, business processes more efficient, and who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment. If you are ready to help Salesforce run on its own technology - and shape the future of work in the process - we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
As a product lead on the Slack Product Innovation Team, you will be responsible for:
- Optimize Slack and Agent experiences: Design and continuously improve Slack/Agentic experiences for assigned business domains, processes, and teams - ensuring they are intuitive, high-impact, and aligned to seller needs.
- Own the Product Roadmap: Maintain a clear, up-to-date product roadmap that communicates what will be built, when it will be delivered, and how it supports the organization's Customer Zero transformation journey.
- Drive Pre-GA Feature Execution: Lead rollouts of OOTB tools and features (FNE/Project-dependent). Enhance Sales Cloud/Slack/Agentforce integrations to improve seller productivity and reduce platform noise. Document business cases, functional design documents, and test cases; lead UAT.
- Champion Customer Zero Needs: Engage deeply with internal customers to understand requirements, analyze usage trends, and surface opportunities for innovation. Architect scalable processes that maximize Slack and Agentforce platform capabilities. Write automations and AI prompts , test "Golden Paths," and help tune agent responses in real-time.
- Define and Prioritize Features: Translate business goals and customer needs into a prioritized feature backlog. Lead risk assessment reviews (compliance, security, worker councils).
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Track key metrics such as product usage, adoption, and seller productivity to identify improvement areas. Partner with IT and Change Management on rollout initiatives. Educate internal teams on the "realm of possibility" for Slack and Agentforce, driving awareness and adoption across the organization.
- Serve as the Product Authority: Be the internal voice of Slack's value proposition across stakeholder groups. Own the end-to-end Prospect to Cash Slack integration strategy. Leverage deep knowledge of Slack, Salesforce Core, and Data Cloud to determine where data lives and how agents access it - fueling the agentic enterprise.
- Shape the Agentic Narrative: Contribute to internal storytelling and executive communications that demonstrate how Slack is powering Salesforce's own transformation - helping position Customer Zero as a compelling proof point for customers..
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience supporting sales processes with technology, with a focus on Prospect to Cash or sales strategy and operations or consulting.
- Technology: Salesforce Platform skills, Slack, Agentforce, and AI experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapidly evolving technology is critical.
- Requirement Documentation: Proven ability to translate business requirements into product-based solutions. Proficient in process flows, FRDs, BRDs, and solution design documentation.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Strong communicator with experience engaging global stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable navigating both technical and executive audiences.
- Prospect to Cash Expertise: Deep understanding of seller and operator needs. Track record of implementing Slack and agent-first processes that improve the seller experience and drive measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make informed product decisions using KPIs, usage data, and business impact metrics. Proven track record leveraging analytics to drive strategy.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Able to critically evaluate information, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions to process bottlenecks - with a Slack-first, agentic lens.
- Process Optimization: Brings technology-led perspectives to streamline and optimize business processes. Has led initiatives with measurable impact on seller productivity, ACV, or pipeline generation.
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience evaluated on core competencies including work experience, leadership roles, military service, or volunteer experience.
