JOB SUMMARY The Account Executive will serve as a liaison between clients and AMR. This Account Executive is responsible for ensuring positive client relations, high customer service standards, maximizing services at each facility and the identification of new and potential business. The Account Executive may also have additional responsibilities for designated large accounts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- Initiateand maintain routine contacts (to include visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings) to existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships
- When applicable, hire, train and manage the day-to-day activities of Account Representatives.
- Build/ retainsolid relationships with personnel at various facilities to promote services andassistin the identification of new business opportunities and technology or operational enhancements to existing contracts.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and Operations to evaluate, develop, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Work with Operations, BusinessDevelopmentand the Communication Center(s) to develop and implement Serviceplans.
- Responsible for the gathering of informationregardingcompetition andhavethoroughunderstanding of competitors in assignedMarketArea.
- Work with Business Development in developing effective communication and marketing material.
- Demonstratea professional approach to creating value and gaining confidence in AMR services from customers.
- Assistoperations in the development of systems that encourage feedback from crewsregardingbarriers in service and service incidents.
- Works with Business Development to create and implement an aggressive Operational Growth & Customer Retention (OGCR) plan.
- Respond to,documentand ensure follow up to all service inquiries received from internal and external customers ina timelyand thorough manner.
- Participatein new employee orientationregardingthe importance and goals of AMR's Customer Service Policies/Procedures.
- Provide weekly updates on customer interactionsor as needed
- Travel within the assigned region is required. Overnight travel to attend conferences, trade shows, and GMR meetings may be required.
- Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyone's responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures.AttendInformation Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems.
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Related Work Experience
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Emergency Medical Services(EMS) experience preferred.
- Mustpossessat least one (1) or more years business/private sector experience withdemonstratedLeadership skills
- Combination of education and experience considered Licenses, Registrations or Certifications
- Valid state drivers' license and must be able to continuously meet GMR's Driver Qualification Standards
