POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Help plan, organize, direct and control all global secured and unsecured debt and credit financing activities, including public bond issues, tax-exempt bond issues, bank financings, private placements, vehicle/property financing, etc. Maintain covenant compliance Maximize working capital through employing and optimizing sources of funds, including but not limited to commercial paper and securitization Manage the company's collateral needs in the most cost effective manner Responsible for treasury management system for Corporate Finance, overseeing debt service and related accounting Forecast regular cash and liquidity needs as well as leasing impacts to taxes and financial statements Establish and maintain treasury-related reporting metrics and dashboards Prepare materials for investors, rating agencies, executives, and BOD to accurately depict the FedEx Freight business Lead other special projects as directed Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Performs other duties as assigned Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
