Residential Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish) Location: Washington, DC 20005 Pay: $25 - $35 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Type: On-site Position Overview NRI Staffing's client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in Washington, DC. This role involves tenant relations, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and ensuring smooth property operations. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants * Communicate with tenants in both English and Spanish regarding questions, concerns, and requests * Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities including applications, move-ins, and move-outs * Coordinate and track maintenance requests with vendors and maintenance staff * Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files * Assist with rent collection and monitor tenant accounts as needed * Enforce lease terms and property policies * Perform regular walkthroughs of the property and report any issues or needed repairs * Work closely with ownership and vendors to maintain property standards * Handle general administrative duties related to property management | |
