Immediate Opening Building & Grounds Maintenance Worker This position requires min. qualifications of one (1) yr. of exp. in a position requiring the use of standard handtools in a mechanical or construction trade or in grounds maintenance. Candidates must have the ability to follow simple oral and written instructions; willingness to perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks; ability to get along well with others; thoroughness, dependability, good physical condition. Possession of valid Driver's License is required.
