Manhattan WMS Support Manager

We're seeking a resultsdriven Manhattan WMS Support Manager to lead and support missioncritical warehouse management initiatives. In this role, you'll ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active platforms that power largescale distribution operations. This is a handson leadership role in a fastpaced, operationally critical environment.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do

• Lead application support for Manhattan WMOS and Manhattan Active initiatives
• Provide production support, issue resolution, and rootcause analysis for WMS platforms
• Support PL/SQL development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams on enhancements and releases
• Manage and mentor onshore, offshore, and nearshore support resources
• Participate in an oncall rotation to support 24x7 distribution operations
• Drive operational stability, documentation, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Strong handson experience with Manhattan WMOS and PL/SQL (required)
• Experience supporting Manhattan Active solutions
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams, including offshore and nearshore models
• Experience supporting enterprisescale, missioncritical supply chain systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities in highimpact environments
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years supporting WMS or supply chain applications
• Prior people leadership or technical lead experience preferred
• Experience with Agile delivery and production support models
