Functions
- Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of tools and facilities
- Performs set-up, calibration, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance tasks on Test & Bonding equipment using CMMS system
- Supports installation of process tools
- Collects and evaluate equipment data, including SPC, to ensure equipment baselines and operations remain in control and quality maintenance standards are met
- Creates preventative maintenance procedures
- Drives/enables suggestions from the team and other sources to implementation, resulting in continuous improvement
- Provides recommendations for new or improved procedures
- Responsible for lab safety, spare part inventory, and 5S organization
- Cross trains other technicians
- Supports operations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have 3+ years equipment maintenance experience. (not required)
- Associate Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology or equivalent working experience desired
- Strong background in Equipment Maintenance
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand electrical schematics, pneumatic drawings, and piping schematics
- Excellent written and verbal communications skill
- Ability to write technical procedures and work instructions
- General understanding of SPC
- Intermediate Microsoft office and computer skills
- Must be able to work in a clean room environment, work from ladders, and lift (<75lbs)
- Shift work is required
- Prefer prior experience of the Emergency Response Team with ability to wear respirators and SCBA equipment
- Demonstrates personal modesty with the intent to enhance teamwork dynamics within the group and between cross-functional area
- Ability to be on call on a rotating basis, if needed

- Starting pay depends on qualifications:
Equipment Technician I - $23.41 to $29.30 per hour Equipment Technician II - $25.49 to $33.10 per hour
Sr Equipment Technician - $27.57 to $35.80 per hour
- Shift differentials are paid at the rate of 10% for hours worked between 5:30PM and 12:00AM and at 15% for hours worked between 12:00AM and 5:30AM
- Target Cash Bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of earned wages
- 120 hours of paid Vacation per year, plus paid Sick Leave and 10 paid Holidays
