What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking lots, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify unusual conditions.
• Control access at gates and entry points by verifying identification, checking credentials, and documenting visitor and contractor activity per location requirements.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or local responders when appropriate and completing required notifications.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol observations, access control activity, and incident response; support investigations by preserving observations and coordinating with management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
