Position Summary This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Orange Coast Medical Center. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with our core values: Integrity, Accountability, Best Practices, Compassion and Synergy. The employee shall support Orange Coast Medical Center's strategic plan and participate in and advocate performance improvement/patient safety activities. The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This position maintains schedules for both the CEO and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Furthermore, this position is responsible for diverse and advanced administrative functions. This position will routinely interact with high level executives in a professional and confidential manner. Lastly, this position is required to prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and take Finance and the Board of Director Committee minutes. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
