Venice Family Clinic is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. Under the guidance and supervision of the Purchasing Manager, this position will ensure inventory levels of medical and program supplies across the organization. Duties may include establishing par levels, cycle counts, ordering product to replenish par levels, advising on receiving donated goods, and filling departmental orders to the various clinic and administrative sites. This position will be required to receive and store incoming products and supplies, verify quantities, and check for outdated/expired supplies at the warehouse.


Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $32.97 - $39.40 Hourly. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about $32.97 - $34.00 Hourly.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience or training
  • At least 1 year of experience driving and handling a box truck
  • Forklift Certification
  • A Valid Class "C" California Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Ability to safely move up to 50 lbs., and ability to push or pull heavy equipment.
  • Ability to use computers or electronic devices provided by the department to complete work assignments.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools.

Position is subject to the California DMV's "Pull Notice System" and continued employment is contingent upon proof of a satisfactory driving record.
