Production Supervisor - Manufacturing Operations

Location: Brook Park, OH

Pay Rate: $29.09/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per week; must be available for any shift, overtime, and weekends

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a unionized production environment. This fully onsite leadership role is responsible for supervising up to 30 employees, driving process improvement, and ensuring safe, efficient production aligned with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage up to 30 team members in a union workforce environment.
• Monitor workflow, address production challenges, and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and safety standards.
• Complete daily administrative tasks including production reports, attendance tracking, and performance documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting, communication, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and maintain production schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a union manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
