LPN Clinical Lead, Multispecialty

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) LPN Clinical Lead to support our multispecialty practice, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. This individual will serve as the leader of the clinical support staff, overseeing approximately 30-35 direct reports, including all Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses within the practice. The LPN Clinical Lead will collaborate closely with the front-end lead to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across the site.
The ideal candidate will bring prior supervisory or leadership experience and demonstrate a collaborative leadership style. We are looking for someone who can contribute fresh ideas and new perspectives to support workflow improvements and team development. In addition to managing direct reports, key responsibilities include ordering clinical supplies, overseeing clinical scheduling, monitoring staff training and competencies, and supporting overall clinical operations to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
Responsible for providing direct patient care and supervising a team of LPNs and nursing support staff by coordinating patient care activities, overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Essential Functions
-Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with activities of daily living.
-Provide leadership and guidance to a team of LPNs and nursing support staff.
-Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
-Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
-Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
-Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.

Education
Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma Licensed Practical Nurse required

Licenses and Credentials
Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN - State License] required

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred

Experience
Nursing Experience 2-3 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Leadership and supervisory abilities, with experience in team coordination and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
