The HRIS Configuration Analyst acts as a critical member of the HR Systems team focused on system configuration allowing end user self-service, maintaining data integrity and system functionality, system administration and infrastructure, process improvements, and security. The Configuration Analyst provides day-to-day system administration and configuration, long-term system and capability planning and reporting services over select HR process areas. The Configuration Analyst has ownership over multiple HR process areas and executes projects and configures systems to meet business needs.Flexible Remote position: This position offers flexible remote scheduling with majority of work from a home office. You are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Meijer Corporate office (Grand Rapids MI) for any required work onsite or visit the office once per quarter or as needed for the position. The pay range for this position is listed below. $79,500.00 - $121,500.00This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you'll be joining.
