POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Developer will assist in developing existing and long-standing relationships, as well as finding new business opportunities. You will be a key player in our sales organization and actively participate in both the sales activities and business development within the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Other duties may be assigned and are not limited to the following)
Nurture and develop relationships and business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Work closely with airports, airlines, and group support contractors
Collaborate with team and management to support company objectives and customer engagement
Sell maintenance, rental, leasing, overhaul, and fleet management services
Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
Project a professional and appropriate Company image in all dealings with clients, vendors, business partners and visitors
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Coordinate with sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals
Track and report on the status of proposal components
Drive the end-to-end sales process
Be a preferred point of contact for current and prospective customers
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training
Attend and lead exhibitions and conferences, both within your region and internationally
Other assignments as designated by the Head of Business Development and Executive team
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years' experience in a similar position, with a sales track record in maintenance or off road/highway equipment
Demonstrable track record in delivering profitable sales against targets
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast changing work environment
Ability to work remotely and autonomously, and as a strong team player
Passion for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
Flexible and adaptable personality, who will quickly be recognized as an essential player but customers and employees
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Computer and office programs knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Clear and decisive communication
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work both as a team and/or independently
Must be able to read and speak the English language
Must have a valid driver's license
Legally authorized to work in the United States
