Are you energized by managing multiple projects, navigating competing priorities, and guiding programs forward with clarity and purpose? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join our CES Team in Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Cary, NC; or Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of projects and initiatives for key clients-coordinating people, processes, and performance to ensure outcomes remain aligned with schedule, budget, and long term goals. CHA believes our employees should have the time and flexibility to balance work and personal commitments. We offer most employees the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days. What You'll Do:

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
