Behind every advanced medical device is a highly efficient warehouse operation ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped with precision. We are seeking one dedicated Material Handler to support medical device distribution within a highly regulated, fast-paced supply chain environment. This role plays a critical part in inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

Hours & Pay

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

$18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate physical and system transactions for receipt, putaway, replenishment, picking, and shipment of medical devices
• Process orders for internal and external customers while meeting specified handling requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations
• Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and lean warehouse operations
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to transact and track materials
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required
• Identify, resolve, or escalate discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain daily housekeeping standards, including sweeping floors and keeping aisles clear
• Follow all workplace safety rules and operational procedures
• Assist other warehouse functions as needed to support shipping, receiving, and distribution workflows
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed; stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of related warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to transaction accuracy and inventory integrity
• Ability to work in a regulated medical device environment with strict compliance standards
• Comfort using RF scanners, warehouse systems, and basic computer tools
• Prior material handling equipment (MHE) experience preferred; in-house training available
