Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and executing activities that support the departments efforts to promote employee engagement and recognition as well as maintaining and reporting human resources metrics and performance indicators. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business Administration, or pertinent experience in Human Resources. Experience Demonstrated service and customer orientation and ability to exhibit Valleys leadership and service standards.
