*Role*: EPIC Community Connect Client Relations Manager *Leading Pediatric Healthcare Provider in the Southeast* *Contract*: 6month engagement with a *strong likelihood of extension* *Start*: ASAP *Location*: Remote (the client would like someone to be willing to travel to Atlanta, GA as needed. no more than once per quarter) *About the Role* * Join a leading pediatric healthcare provider in the Southeast as the *Community Connect Client Relations Manager*, a pivotal role supporting the expansion of Epic Community Connect to affiliated pediatric and primary care practices. * You'll be the strategic bridge between internal Epic teams, organizational leadership, and community partner practices-guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and optimization. * This is a dynamic, relationshipdriven position-part client success, part implementation leadership, part Epic expert. No sales-just highimpact partnership, coordination, and service delivery. *If you're passionate about strengthening community care and helping practices succeed with Epic, this opportunity is not one to miss.* *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience in account management, client relations, or partner management roles. * Strong understanding of Epic ambulatory modules and enduser workflows. * Skilled in facilitating meetings with leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders. * Experience navigating legal or contracting processes for technology partnerships. *What You'll Do* * Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management* * Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliated community practices participating in Community Connect. * Build strong, trust-based relationships with practice leaders, clinical staff, and internal Epic teams. * Proactively anticipate partner needs and drive an exceptional client experience. * Program Coordination & Implementation* * Coordinate the full Community Connect lifecycle-from initial interest through contracting, implementation, golive, and ongoing optimization. * Partner closely with Epic analysts, operational leaders, and community practices to maintain alignment. * Manage timelines, readiness activities, and expectations to support smooth deployments. * Operational Leadership* * Facilitate communication across clinical, operational, and technical teams. * Support governance decisions, change management, and structured program workflows. * Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to support contracting and onboarding. * Epic Expertise & Optimization* * Provide expertise on Epic workflows and best practices-especially in ambulatory and primary care settings. * Identify optimization opportunities postgolive and collaborate with analysts to refine workflows. * Stay current on Epic Community Connect enhancements, system changes, and emerging capabilities. *What You Bring* * Hands-on experience supporting or managing *Epic Community Connect* programs. * in healthcare operations (ambulatory or primary care strongly preferred). * Experience as an Epic trainer, analyst, implementation specialist, or providerside FTE. * Exceptional communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills. * Ability to influence diverse clinical, operational, and technical audiences. * Willingness to travel within the Southeast and to onsite partner practices as needed. *A Day in the Life* * Serve as a foundational member of the Community Connect program-shaping early strategy and processes. * Meet with practices to understand their needs, guide planning, and lead them through implementation readiness. * Troubleshoot issues, escalate blockers, and advocate for partner success across teams. * Work closely with Epic analysts and leadership to ensure partners have a smooth, positive experience. * Own the overall satisfaction and success of community practices using Epic. *Feel free to reach out-happy to chat more about the client and the project!* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
