Overview

Responsibilities
Exposure to the overall operation of Guest Services, Concierge and Uniformed Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security, Communications, Reservations.
- Assisting in the operations area in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service.
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.

Qualifications
- Currently studying for Bachelor 's degree, Graduate degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or related field.
- We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Applicants must also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and problem identification.
