Description

Essential Duties:



  • Responsible for daily scheduling of personnel to ensure productive and cost-efficient operations.
  • Assist in directing daily activities in response to our customer needs.
  • Monitor quality and timeliness of work to meet goals and objectives.
  • Provide training to employees as needed to include proper work procedures, hazard communication standards and safe work practices.
  • Enforce all safety rules and promote the importance of safety in the performance of all job functions.
  • Responsible for effectively administering other duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Assist with ordering and controlling all warranty and body shop parts.


  • Assist with maintaining the proper inventory and control of all consigned parts.


  • Maintain an efficient, orderly, and clean warehouse.


  • Notify Parts Supervisor of barriers to complete assigned workload.
  • Fill in as needed for all positions when employees are off.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • SHIFT: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as directed by business needs.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in materials handling field, inventory control, shipping and receiving, procurement, communication skills, and lead skills.
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
  • Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Demonstrated commitment to safety
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Deadline and detail oriented



Physical Working Conditions:



  • Pass forklift training / certification and operate forklift
  • Sit, stand, walk, drive throughout shift
  • Lift, push, and or pull up to 50lbs
  • Work in varying climates as well as be exposed to outdoor elements such as heat, cold, rain, and other conditions
