The Software Engineer 2 position is primarily responsible for the development, support and maintenance of new and existing software. Essential Functions are designs (20%) and develops (80%) software applications. Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or certification from a reputable higher education program. They gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function, and are occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The role typically requires 5 plus years of related experience. COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY The total on-target earnings including commissions could range around $95,500 to $122,750. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range. Individual pay is determined by different factors, including work experience, geographic location, job-related skills, education level, position specific technical certifications, and additional trainings completed.
