This role guides analysts in developing insightdriven storytelling, marketing performance analysis, and strategic recommendations that elevate our partnerships with internal teams, retailers, and brands. Responsibilities Insight Leadership & Storytelling
- Lead development of insightdriven storytelling, integrating multiple data sources into compelling strategic narratives.
- Coach analysts on insight generation, data visualization, story flow, and producing clear actionoriented recommendations.
- Oversee marketing performance analytics, including digital, experiential, sampling, promotions, trial, repeat rate, and incremental lift.
- Drive thought leadership by developing monthly content that supports enterprise visibility and competitive positioning.
Marketing & Shopper Analytics
- Integrate POS, panel, and shopper data to evaluate marketing tactics and demonstrate ROI.
- Conduct analysis on experiential/sampling programs and create recommendations that improve activation strategies.
- Build comprehensive solutions by combining multiple datasets to identify business opportunities.
Business Partnership & Problem Solving
- Serve as a strong business partner across internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business problems into datadriven solutions and provide strategic, insightled recommendations.
- Maintain handson support for a select number of highpriority clients or customer teams as needed.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports, ensuring capability building, workload balance, and quality delivery.
- Guide the team in developing insights, preparing presentations, and enhancing analytical rigor.
- Facilitate ongoing bestpractice sharing sessions with clients and internal partners.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Partner closely with CDS leadership and key executive stakeholders to align insight strategies with business needs.
- Participate in new client opportunities as a subject matter expert.
- Support relationship development with retailers, brands, and internal leadership teams.
Operational Excellence
- Organize and leverage data to support experiential marketing and performance evaluations.
- Oversee processes that maintain accuracy, clarity, and valuedriven measurement frameworks.
- Represent and sell analytic capabilities and services to clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in shopper insights, consumer insights, marketing performance analytics, experiential analytics, or related CPG insights fields.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of influencing stakeholders and executive partners.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating complex insights to executive audiences.
- Experience using POS, panel, and shopper datasets.
- Category management experience is optional and secondary to marketing performance analytics experience.
- Approximately 25% travel expected.

Responsibilities
Leverage and organize data for insight driven analytics in support of new item initiatives and assortment opportunities across multiple shopper insight clients Integrate point-of-sale, panel, and geodemographic data alongside shopper data to create a comprehensive solution Track and guide processes across direct reports, reinforcing the importance of value creation measurement with clients and customers Engage with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand strategies and objectives Maintain hands-on responsibility for an appropriate number of clients and customers Sell analytic program capabilities and services to current and prospective clients Participate in new client interviews as a subject matter expert Create insight driven presentations integrating multiple data sources with actionable and quantifiable tactics and strategies Develop presentations focused on storytelling, flow, visualizations, and clear headlines Provide guidance to direct reports on analytic processes, data integration, and data interpretation Coordinate and facilitate regular best practice sharing meetings with clients Build and maintain professional skills through educational opportunities, professional publications, and industry networking
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA degree or equivalent experience preferred) Experience Requirements: 8+ years experience in relevant field Travel requirement: 25% travel expected

Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
