Job Summary Majesco is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Business Analyst to join our Policy System team. This role requires deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance policy administration platforms, with strong proficiency in interpreting and implementing ISO rating and statistical plan circulars. The Senior Lead BA will provide functional leadership across product enhancements and client implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance, business accuracy, and alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams. This role carries ownership of functional design direction, requirement governance, and mentoring of junior analysts. Key Responsibilities * Lead analysis and interpretation of ISO circulars, rating methodologies, and statistical plan manuals to determine business and system impacts. Qualifications and Experience * 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Property & Casualty insurance domain, with strong exposure to policy administration systems. Preferred Skills * Familiarity with Majesco Policy for P&C platform. What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
