As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related concerns. You will support access control, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations while responding to incidents with calm professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and common areas, observe for unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns and/or security-related issues according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• A State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
