What You'll Do HMH's Content Solutions Team is accelerating the integration of AI and automation across content development to improve speed, quality, consistency, and cost efficiency. The AI Delivery Lead coordinates and manages the adoption, utilization, and operational integration of AI/automation capabilities across NWEA's products, state programs, and formative solutions. This role leads the organization and governance of AI initiatives, coordinates pilots, evaluates new capabilities, and develops SOPs/ guidelines. Additionally, this role supports the communication, training, and adoption of these initiatives across the division. The AI Delivery Lead also aligns AI/automation plans with capacity, sequencing, and agile practices to ensure predictable delivery and measurable impact. Responsibilities:
